General group classes are done in the beautiful outdoors in parks. This is a way to develop your strength and Pilates skills. Meet new people and enjoy a common love of the method.
If you would like a more personal approach you could organise a small group session in the comfort of your own home, in the outdoors or in our studio. This will give you the chance to get a more hands-on and personalised approach to your specific needs.
If you want a complete, comprehensive approach to your biomechanics, your functional movements and how to improve specific areas, then a private session is for you. You will get movement testing, strength testing and from this a fully personalised program for both your time in the studio with me and a home program.
